Highlights Healthcare Student Analyst Program

This program is designed to support eligible employees in obtaining the 2,000 supervised fieldwork hours required for Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, in accordance with BACB© standards, within a 24-month timeframe.

Benefits of the Student Analyst Program

Student Analyst is a full-time position with guaranteed pay for a minimum of 30 hours a week
Paid time off and eligibility for health care benefits
Equal pay for restricted and unrestricted activities
Guaranteed paid time for unrestricted tasks based on cohort level
Opportunity to earn supervised or concentrated hours each month
Strong clinical development with BCBA contingent contracts available for Level Two students
Ongoing mentorship during the program and for the first six months as a newly certified BCBA
Professional development units provided for Student Analysts and RBTs
Tuition assistance available after six months of employment
Paid participation in biweekly cohort meetings during the workday
Paid one to one BCBA exam preparation sessions during the workday
First time BACB exam pass rate is above 80% with all Student Analyst becoming BCBAs within 6 months of eligibility.
