Authorization

Our Authorization team works directly with Medicaid and all its payors to obtain approvals necessary for services to begin and continue. This team manages authorization requests, renewals, and documentation required by payers to ensure families experience a smooth and uninterrupted care process. Ethics and Compliance

Ethics and compliance are our utmost priorities. We do not tolerate retaliation or retribution against anyone who raises an issue or concern in good faith. Reporting “in good faith” means that you are sincere in your attempt to provide honest and accurate information, even if the concern you raised is later found to be inaccurate.
